Retrofit Door Installation in an Operating Workshop

Project Location: China

Customer Challenge

A busy workshop could not stop production for door replacement.

Our Solution

We surveyed and prefabricated the door sets off site, then installed each door over a single weekend shutdown.

Results

All doors were operational by Monday morning with no production loss.
